こんにちは。株式会社フィアレスCCOの下村理愛です。私たちは「人や組織の恐れを取り除き、誰もが創造性を発揮できる場をつくる」をミッションに、インプロのワークショップを様々な組織で実施させていただいております。また、より気軽にインプロを体験していただける場を作りたいと思い、毎月テーマを設定して体験ワークショップを行っております。 ⇓これまでのテーマ第一回目 ：「Ｄ＆Ｉ」第二回目：シェアードリーダーシップ第三回目：心理的安全性 ～恐れなく表現できる組織になる～第四回目：心理的安全性～ハッピーにNoと言い合えるチームになる～ Thank you for checking out this event. My name is Rina Shimomura, CCO of Fearless Inc. We hold improv workshops with many different organizations to achieve our mission: "removing fear among people and organizations while creating a place where everyone can express their creativity."We also hold monthly workshops organized under different themes in order to create an environment where everyone can experience improv more easily.  For example, some of our past themes include: 1st session: Diversity and Inclusion2nd session: Shared Leadership3rd session: Psychological Safety - Making an organization without fear of expression4th session: Psychological Safety - Learning how to say “no” constructively The theme of this 5th session: Team Building Beyond Language ▼今回のテーマは『言語を超えたチームビルディング』です。 オンラインが普及したことにより、海外と繋がることが今まで以上に容易になり、様々な言語や文化を持つ人とのコミュニケーションが求められるようになりました。それに伴って生じている課題は「言語能力や文化的価値観によるズレ」です。言語能力については、特に国際公用語である英語が使える、使えないということが、職場でのコミュニケーションに差を生んでしまい、チームとしての心理的安全性が下がってしまうという事態が起きているようです。また、文化的価値観については、それぞれの国やコミュニティに内在する「あたりまえ」に対する認識のズレによって、コミュニケーションがうまくいかないという事例があるようです。 それらを改善していくためには、単に個々人の言語能力や異文化理解力を上げればいいというわけではありません。チームとして、お互いの違いがあることを受け入れ、許し合い、それを前提でサポートし合っていくことが重要なのです。今回のワークショップでは、コミュニケーションとフィードバックという2つの課題点に焦点に絞り、様々なインプロゲームを通して、お互いが持つ価値観や違いを楽しむこと、失敗やわからないことをオープンにすること、正直でポジティブなフィードバックをすることを体験し、1人の人間として尊重し合えるような関わりを目指します。 ▼"Team Building Beyond Language and Culture"With the spread of online communication, it has become easier than ever to connect with people overseas, and to communicate with people of various languages and cultures.  The resulting issues often arise from gaps in language skills and cultural values.  In terms of language skills, the ability to use English, the official language of the international community, has made a difference in communication in the workplace, and has reduced the psychological safety of the team.As for cultural values, there have been cases of miscommunication due to differences in recognition of the "NORMAL" that is inherent in each country and community.  In order to improve these issues, it is not enough to simply improve the language skills and cross-cultural understanding of each individual. It is important to accept and forgive each other's differences as a team, and to support each other on that basis.In this workshop, we will focus on the two key issues of communication and feedback.  Through various Impro games, we will experience how to enjoy each other's values and differences, how to be open to mistakes and things we don't understand, how to give honest and positive feedback, and aim to respect each other as human beings. ▼インプロとはインプロは「即興」を意味する「Improvisation（インプロヴィゼーション）」の略であり、ここでは即興の演劇のことを指しています。普通の演劇には台本がありますが、インプロには台本がありません。また、あらすじも決まっていません。本当に先が分からない中で、プレイヤーたちはお互いを受け入れあいインスパイアしあいながらシーンを生み出していきます。インプロは日本ではまだまだマイナーなジャンルですが、欧米ではよく知られており、毎日のようにインプロショーが行われています。また、インプロ専用の劇場も世界各地にあります。世界中で行われているインプロに大きな影響を与えているのが「インプロの父」と呼ばれるキース・ジョンストン（Keith Johnstone）です。キース・ジョンストンは俳優が抱えるさまざまな問題を解決するために数多くのインプロゲームを開発しました。また、インプロをショーとして見せるためのフォーマットも開発しました。そして現在ではインプロは創造性・コミュニケーション・チームビルディング・リーダーシップといった観点から教育においても活用されています。アメリカではApple、Pixarといった企業もインプロを研修として取り入れています。▼ What is improv?Improv is an abbreviation for "improvisation," and refers to improvisational theater.  Traditional plays have a script, but improv does not, nor is there a fixed outline.  The players create scenes without knowing what comes next, accepting and inspiring each other.Improv is still a minor genre in Japan, but it is well known in the West, where people hold improv shows every day. There are also theaters around the world dedicated to improvisation.  Keith Johnstone, known as the "father of improv," has been a major influence on improv around the world. He developed a number of improv games to solve various problems faced by actors.  He also developed a format for performing improv as a show.Today, improv is also used in education for creativity, communication, team building, and leadership.
