The Elements of Meditation
The Elements of Meditation is a series of meditation classes based on the Chinese 5 Elements of Water, Wood, Fire, Earth and Metal. Each week you will learn how to connect with and start a dialogue with your body so that you can trigger the body's own self-healing mechanism and expand on your mind-body awareness.
In December, the focus is on healing the element of WATER on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.
You will learn how nourishing the WATER element helps alleviate survival fears, anxiety and issues related to the deeper structure and tissues of the body- the nervous system, brain, bones, marrow and spine.
A strong and balanced WATER element also means a strong connection to the divine origins of your being and ancestry. This brings resilience, faith and calm.
In this session, by healing and cleansing the WATER element with water limpia and meditation, you will both literally and figuratively strengthen your backbone, calm your fears, enhance your stamina and insight so that you can easily move through any obstacles with a balance of flow and action and speed your way to wisdom and rejuvenation.

About your facilitators:
Ian Jin Yap is a Martha Beck life coach and healer who helps his clients enhance their self-care and self-compassion so that they can move through difficult life situations with more grace and ease. When he is not working with clients, he studies folklore and herbal healing traditions. Ian will also available for one to one sessions in Singapore from December 2nd to 8th.
