Exploring 21st Century Leadership

What does it really take to develop our ability to lead ourselves in this moment in history?

In this provocative and guided session, explore various perspectives of leadership in today's context, experience change management's Deep Democracy model, and have a conversation that will likely be different from anything you've ever had before.

Reflect on 2016 and identify your leadership shift for 2017, connect with what really matters to you, and explore the healthy tension between "being" and doing."

The goal of this workshop is to arm participants with new self-knowledge to then go out into the world with renewed courage, confidence, and commitment to positively impact their communities and the wider systems in which they live.

Attending as a team is recommended, although solo participants are also welcome.
