Any competitor with a serious ailment or health problem may not compete. Contestants under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian sign their application.Contestants must have no known food allergies.Contestants must arrive at Hombre Cantina at 7PM on 10 December, for registration.Contestants may not touch the Mounstro Burrito until the starting signal.Contestants will have 1 hour to eat as much of the Mounstro Burrito as they can handle. The contestant who finishes their Mounstro Burrito the fastest, or who eats the most of their Mounstro Burrito by weight, will win.Contestants may drink water while eating their Mounstro Burrito.When the 1 hour time limit is up contestants may not put any additional food in their mouths.They will have 20 seconds to swallow what is in their mouths.Any contents remaining in contestant’s mouths at the end of 20 seconds will not be counted.Visible signs of sickness will result in immediate disqualification.If a competitor vomits or regurgitates at any time during the competition or during the contest, he or she will be immediately disqualified.Judges' decision is final.Contestants may not make physical contact with any other contestant at any time. Any competitor who deliberately makes contact with another competitor will be immediately disqualified.All contestants' names and pictures may be used by Hombre Cantina for promotional purposes.All contestants must read and acknowledge this waiver before entering:I agree to abide by any decision of the contest judges and all of the contest rules and assume all risks associated with eating in this contest.I shall not hold Hombre Cantina responsible for any mishap, injury or loss of life that may occur in the course of, or as a result of the above-mentioned activity, and also indemnify Hombre Cantina and their appointed staff against any claims, action, proceedings, liabilities, damages or expenses by any party howsoever arising out of or in conjunction with the above-mentioned activity.I understand that the participation fee of $30 will only be waived after the entire Mounstro Burrito is consumed by myself, the participant of the above-mentioned activity.I hereby declare that I am 18 years of age or older and understand the potential risk of taking place in the above-mentioned activity.
