She has over two decades of experience in the IT industry, covering fields in semiconductor, consumer electronics, software and the internet. Before Facebook, Heesun managed advertising & online business in Japan, and office business group at Microsoft in Korea. Prior to that, she has worked in Yahoo! in the US, Korea and Singapore. She is a proud working mom with a 13 year old teenage girl.Rie FurutaRie is part of the Client Solutions Manager team at Facebook Japan and works with Facebook e-commerce clients. She previously worked as a website and social media production project manager for six years. Rie enjoys spending time with children and has experience as a full-time babysitter in the US.Aiko TakemuraAiko is a Client Solutions Manager working with Facebook Japan's entertainment and financial services clients. She has worked in the advertising and IT industry for almost 10 years. In the past, she was in charge of account management and strategic planning at an advertising agency. Aiko is a big fan of movies and US TV dramas, and enjoy traveling especially to Sweden.■Wantedly SpeakersRika NakanoRika is the manager of WANTEDLY customer relations team. She worked in the web and telecommunication industry for 11 years, mainly procuring news and sports contents, and also experienced PR for a human resources agent. When looking for a job that is dedicated to peoples' lives, she was impressed with WANTEDLY's business model that connects between people and jobs in a new value, and started to work two years ago. In the same period, she married with the husband who is 5-year younger.Yuri MaruyamaWorking in IT industry for almost three years, currently managing a new service called Wantedly Tools as a project/product manager. Prior to IT industry, worked as a strategy consultant at Boston Consulting Group, focusing on IT projects.
