Currently retired, he spends his time tending to his community plot in HortPark, guiding garden tours for kids and adults, as well as, conducting workshops for NÓNG, NParks and providing private classes. Bob has facilitated courses, talks and demonstrations for many community centres, the Clementi School of Commerce, the National Youth Leadership Training Institute, various primary schools and companies such as Ascot Hotels and Shell. He has been interviewed on radio shows and wrote and "acted" in his own gardening series for Sunday Morning Singapore.
