us for a screening of The Girls of Phnom Penh (2009) by Matthew Watson. This
documentary explores the universe of young girls who are part of Cambodia’s
virginity trade. Many of these girls sell themselves from a young age in
order to support their families. A strong theme emerging from the film are
the solidarity bonds that develop between these victims. Following the
