Join us as we come together to shape the future of ASEAN at our very first We Are ASEAN LIVE session.Hear from the experiences of those who have worked and lived in another ASEAN country, get connected with the local ASEAN community and explore how we can come together and brainstorm for potential solutions and collaborations in the areas and issues that matter to us as ASEAN youth.Contributing to our Learn Segment will be: Liyana Sulaiman - the Managing Director and Co-founder of Gimmie, a 4-year old technology start-up company providing next generation enterprise loyalty and rewards solutions. She is the former Singapore chapter lead for Girls in Tech, a global non-profit focused on the engagement, education and empowerment of girls and women who are passionate in technology. Loving to serve, she is a member of two Steering Committees locally and is an under 30 World Economic Forum Global Shaper (Singapore Hub). In her spare time, she enjoys ballet, skating, baking, reading and contributing to social causes.Thammika Songkaeo - a native of Bangkok, she has also lived in various cities in the United States, as well as India, Rwanda, and Uganda. In 2014, she moved to Singapore, where she is Research Analyst at The HEAD Foundation, which supports research in human capital and education development in Asia, focusing on ASEAN. Passionate about social impact, Thammika weaves in issues of sustainable development and social entrepreneurship into her work at the Foundation, while also teaching and generating projects related to strategic giving, philanthropy, and social impact in Thailand. Entrepreneurs, Social Entrepreneurs, Young Professionals, Students and Youth interested in ASEAN are welcome to join us at this event.
