Led by Ms. Kazumi Nakatani from “Kuma-en”, a tea garden in Yame, you’ll briefly learn about the history and the manufacturing process of Japanese tea, then freshly grind tea leaves to Matcha powder. Finally you can experience making your own Matcha tea. The sweet served with the tea will also be a local Kyushu delicacy! *BONUS for WORKSHOP PARTICIPANTS ONLY!!
