It's real. But what exactly can we do about it in our day to day? Come spend an evening at Nong@Hort Park with us as we connect the dots between Food, Edible Gardening, Sustainabilty and Climate Change. Can cooking more, growing some of your own herbs and greens really help to save the environment? Hear stories, tips and workshops from people who think so and join us on the journey to become less of a consumer and more of a producer. POTLUCK 4pm to 6pmMake and share a dish you love. Bring down a lovingly prepared dish to the potluck. If you grow edibles, do bring them down to exchange and giveaway to other guests. Share what you are bringing by posting on the wall or drop us a message. We are trying to keep our carbon footprint as low as possible, so to help us in this effort, we strongly encourage you to bring your own cutlery, napkins and cups to try and taste the dishes. There will be limited access to washing facilities, so do also bring a bag to bring them back in. On the off chance that you are unable to, there will be 100% compostable tableware available at a contribution of $2.
