1. The Benefits:

2. The Curriculum:
-This is no fly-by-night program. The renowned MBSR program was established in 1979 by Jon Kabat ZInn, Professor of Medicine Emeritus, University of Massachusetts Medical School. It is arguably the most widely researched and validated formal Mindfulness training program.
-Structured and step-up curriculum to equip participants with the neccessary knowledge and skillsets to develop the right meditation practices and discipline.
-While structured, the curriculum accounts for the different needs of participants through an expert instructor to establish the neccessary environment for participants to learn, to support each other and to simply thrive!
3. The Instructor:
-Han Ee, a performance psychologist, is a fully qualified Mindfulness Instructor with the Center for Mindfulness (CFM) @ UMass - the origins and home of MBSR, and trained directly under the guidance of Jon Kabat Zinn, Saki Santorelli and Florence Meleo-Mayer to deliver the MBSR program.
-He is an experienced executive coach (qualified with the International Coach Federation) and corporate training facilitator. He works actively with a diverse group of clients including MNC leaders, Red Bull athletes, royalty, professional athletes, soldiers and other high performers.
-He is also the first instructor in this region to integrate biofeedback assessments into the MBSR program to evaluate and quantify HRV changes before and after attending the program.
-Directly completed training programs with Center for Mindfulness (CFM):
-MBSR in Mind-Body Medicine - 7 Days Residential Training with Jon Kabat-Zinn and Saki Santorelli
-Practicum in MBSR - 9 Days with Lynn Korbel
-Teacher Development Intensive (TDI) - 8 Days with Florence Meleo-Meyer
