During Merging Disciplines, participants will become their story.
This programme will guide participants through building their own performance
segments, individual or paired, after experiments with storytelling, poetry,
theatre, song and movement techniques.
At the end of the workshop, participants will have their own performance
segment which seeks to straddle and defy genre. The workshop will culminate
with a performance showcase.
This workshop is open to anyone from all backgrounds.
We welcome both actors and non-actors with an interest in
creating an independent performance piece with poetry, storytelling, theatre
and movement techniques.
Minimum age for admission is 16 and above.
