The culinary instructor Naomi will demonstrate how to make
the “Shiokoji” and she’ll talk about the benefits of associate Shiokoji in your
dishes.
“Shiokoji” is a traditional Japanese ingredients also named
the “miracle” ingredient, as it tends to enhance the food taste and flavor.
During the class, you will have the opportunity to compare the
taste of dishes with and without Shiokoji.
In the end, we will assemble together all the “okazu”
(dishes) to the Bento box.
