To notice what is no longer working and to recallibrate. The focus here is to devote time to ourselves, our bodies and what we desire and need from the Universe. A chance to reset and reflect especially with everything going on in our individual lives. Through a series of writing and reflection exercises over 1.5 hours, you will prompted and guided to truly process, hold and let go of what no longer serves you.
