for revolutionary food.

Kong, whilst sampling some local brews and bites.
Our experts will discuss food tech, sustainability and culture.
You’ll hear from leaders from different sides of the food and
hospitality industry talk about how and why they began their food
journey in Hong Kong, and their biggest concerns for food today,
including the impact of tech, sourcing and sustainability, and what the
future of food looks like locally.
