& Allies Network、以下LLAN）は、2016年10月19日水曜日の18:30から長島・大野・常松法律事務所において第1回レセプションパーティEquality Gala（誰もが平等な社会を目指して）を主催します。
LLANは国内外の一流法律事務所の弁護士により結成され、アンダーソン・毛利・友常法律事務所、デービス・ポーク・アンド・ウォードウェル外国法事務弁護士事務所、フレッシュフィールズブルックハウスデリンガー法律事務所（外国法共同事業）、ハーバート･スミス･フリーヒルズ外国法事務弁護士事務所、ホーガン・ロヴェルズ法律事務所外国法共同事業、外国法共同事業法律事務所リンクレーターズ、森・濱田松本法律事務所、モリソン・フォースター外国法事務弁護士事務所、長島・大野・常松法律事務所、西村あさひ法律事務所（アルファベット順）等が参加しています。これらの事務所により、法律家が、LGBTの権利に関する現状を議論し、諸外国における法律業務経験を共有する機会が企画され、その支援によりEquality Galaを開催することとなりました。
