Art Exhibition 2016 from MSIS students:Each year the MSIS school community comes together to showcase the student’s excellent artwork to privately raise funds from friends and families for the school. The funds raised by the Parent Association will be used to improve the common areas at the school and vocational training facilities to support children with special needs. This year the event and the amazing art exhibition will be held at the ReDot Gallery, on September 23 and the students have been busy working on soft sculptures to be auctioned to raise funds for the school projects. Each sculpture will represent child’s personal horoscope zodiac, which they personally assembled. We invite friends and family of MSIS to view these special sculptures by over 42 special artists. Some of them will be present at the event. MSIS wonderful teachers will share during the event children’s experiences during their artistic journey, and what motivated students to help others and create their own art piece. Viewing is open to the public on Friday 23 and Saturday 24th September 10am - 6pm.In addition, please join us and find out what types of classes will be offered to empower special needs youths to make them feel more confident and be more useful and helpful in society. Our special hosts will also treat you to special cupcakes and/or treats, painstakingly created for the occasion!The art sculptures, and paintings from the donating artists will be displayed at the REDOT gallery at MICA, see event details below.
