Exclusively for TEDxKL 2016: Resonance ticket holders, you are invited to attend this Creative Writing Workshop in collaboration with CLEO magazine.This workshop will include a brief introduction of the writing process of the magazine. CLEO Editor Lina Esa will share her insights on how to write attention-grabbing stories. There will also be a discussion revolving around creativity and writing, and managing a balance between day jobs and creative passions. The workshop will also include a dress-painting group activity. All materials will be provided. She started venturing into publishing and even explored the digital and e-commerce realm on her own before joining CLEO.Cassey Gan completed her Bachelor of Engineering (Hons): Chemical in Melbourne but decided to break the mould and pursue her passion for design. She was featured in Vogue Italia Editors magazine’s global edition of “Discovering fashion’s future generation of talents.”DIYKL is Malaysia’s DIY collective co-founded by Sarawak-born Saran Mutang Tagal and Agnes Leong. Saran is a proud Lun Bawang and loves sharing Sarawak’s culture through DIYKL’s designs. Former telecommunications engineer Agnes is also a photographer and self-taught web developer. Both co-founders design and curate DIY kits and conduct DIY workshops.
