This is a **Dinner Reservation** for Vocab@Tokyo Day 2 Event: "Dinner at Tokyo Bay" to be held on September 13, 2016: 18:00-21:00.The Vocab@Tokyo international conference on vocabulary research and learning will be holding a special event, "Dinner at Tokyo Bay", on the evening of Day 2 of the conference. At the end of Day 2, we will be organizing buses to take people from the conference site to the beautiful Shinagawa Bay area of Tokyo, where you can enjoy dinner overlooking the water at the TY Harbor restaurant. The cost of the event will be ¥7,000 and covers a gourmet buffet meal, a range of beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, and transportation to the site. The site is a short 10-12 min walk to a Shinagawa station so returning from the site should be trouble free.We hope you will take this opportunity to join us on this special evening.Dinner reservations (Aug 8 - Aug 31) - ¥7,000Reservation Notes:During the registration process, you will be asked to input an email address. Please use the address you used to register for the conference so we can more easily record who is coming.Once you register, you will get a registration "ticket" confirmation sent to you by email together with an instruction to access your "ticket" via a cellphone app. Please save the email notification (for reference) but ignore the "ticket" and the app as we will be logging the registrations directly.
