What's Happening?Parenting doesn’t come with a manual, so they say. Nobody tells parents what to say or do, especially when their child comes to them with the statement “Mum, Dad, I’m trans.”I’ll Walk With You is a trans-affirming guide written by transgender Singaporeans, to guide parents who may be feeling unsure of what to do for their transgender child, but know that at the end of the day, they love them no matter what. Along with this, we also hope to reassure transgender children themselves that there are parents out there who support them in their journey of discovering their gender identity.We invite parents, allies and members of the LGBTQ+ community, especially our trans friends, to join us for the launch of I’ll Walk With You, have a chat about what went into developing this guide, and get to know each other too.We look forward to starting this journey together with you!When?26 June 2021, Saturday, 3pm-5pm How to registerThis is a FREE event.
