Nov. 9. Please note that the Early Bird discount has ended. 2. キャンセルポリシー / Cancellation Policy 原則としてお申込後のキャンセルはできません。ただし、やむ負えない場合は速やかにご連絡下さい。 Basically, we do not accept cancellation. If cancelled later, 100 percent will be charged. 4. 11/12（土）のワークショップについて / About the workshops on Saturday, November 12th 11/12（土）日本語コンテストまたは11/13（日）英語コンテストの少なくとも一つを申し込んだ方に限り、追加料金なしで参加することができます。 必ずこちらのページで事前登録をお願いします。登録がなく当日お越しいただいてもワークショップに参加ができない可能性があります。 ※ECM参加の方はワークショップには申込まないでください。 Those who have registered for the Japanese Contest on November 12th and/or the English Contest on November 13th can sign up for the workshops on November 12th without any additional charge. Please make sure to register for the programs you would like to attend. Without registration, you may not be able to attend the workshops. ※To ECM members: Please do not register for the workshops. 5. 特別企画 平和を考える集いについて / Special Program: The meeting to Consider Peace 平和資料館入館料 160円を当日受付で集めます。 ※DCM参加の方は申込まないでください。 Fee for the Peace Memorial Museum: 160 yen (We will collect the fee at the reception desk.) ※To DCM members: Please do not register for the Special Program. 6. プロスペクティブクラブに所属をしている方へ /　For Prospective Club members 現在プロスペクティブクラブのみに所属している方は非会員と同じ無料でコンテストに参加をすることができます。チケット名に（非会員）と記載しているチケットを選択してください。 Those who belong to a prospective club and do not belong to a chartered club can get the “non-member ticket” free of charge.
