Hannah Patrick graduated from the University of Malaya with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in 2012 and was admitted to the High Court of Malaya in 2013 and to the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak in Sarawak in 2017.

Having completed her pupillage under the guidance of Mr Raymond Mah, she joined MahWengKwai & Associates as an Associate in 2013. After being to called to the Sarawak Bar, she rejoined the firm in 2017.

Hannah’s practices in the areas of general litigation, construction law, administration of estate and debt recovery.


Prisilla Chong graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Cardiff University, Wales, United Kingdom in 2014 and completed her Certificate in Legal Practice in 2015. Prisilla subsequently read in the chambers of Sreenevasan Young and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2017.

Upon admission to the Malaysian Bar, Prisilla joined MahWengKwai & Associates as an Associate of the Dispute Resolution Practice Group in 2017. Her areas of practice include general litigation, arbitration, corporate and commercial litigation, real estate and construction litigation, probate and administration of estate and adoption.


Mei Lum is co-Founder of MWKA Technologies. She is an ASEAN CPA, Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a strategist, business architect, entrepreneur and alumnus of PwC and UOB with over 15 years of global work experience. She is also a member of Women Who Code, Mensa and supports Teach for Malaysia.

Mei's superpower is leveraging data and translating requirements between the end users, functional departments and IT professionals. She finds joy in innovation, human-centred design and business transformation strategies. She is also a mum of three and is passionate about empowering people through continuous learning, mental health, inclusive cultures, remote work, cloud and mobile technologies.



Lesley Lim graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Tasmania, Australia in 2009 and obtained her Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) in 2010. Lesley was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in August 2011 after completing her pupillage at Samrith Sanjiv & Partners (formerly known as Gurdial Bakan Singh).

After spending a number of years in practise at Richard Wee & Yip, Lesley joined MahWengKwai & Associates in October 2016. She subsequently assisted Richard Wee to establish Richard Wee Chambers in July 2019 before returning to MWKA as a Partner in August 2020.

Lesley is experience in general civil litigation matters, drafting of corporate and commercial agreements and Sports Law.

She was nominated for the “Woman Lawyer of the Year (Law Firm)” category at the 2020 Asian Legal Business (ALB) Malaysia Law Awards and is a key team member of the Sports Law Practice Group at MWKA which won the “Sports Law Firm of the Year Award” 2018 and 2019 ALB Malaysia Law Awards. She also captained the first national women’s dragon boat team to the 2018 Asian Games and the 2019 SEA Games.
