· 3 years as a Personal Trainer - Master Trainer level
· Rehabilitation Trainer Course – Diploma in Physiotherapy (MAHSA UNIVERSITY)
· Basic Sports Massage
· Basic Life Support

Specializes in: Postural Analysis, injury rehabilitation, core building and strengthening, weight management, sport specific training and conditioning
