This, alongside an annual economic loss of RM14.46 billion due to poor wellbeing for working adults, points to a dire need to care for our personal well-being collectively. What is self care? Is it necessary? Why do we need to talk about it?Join us for this virtual community dialogue as we answer these questions, bringing together a trio of panelists from diverse industries and practicing different lifestyles. Our speakers include a creative advocate of the arts, a corporate CTO and a cryptography research scientist from London!Ultimately, via a safe space, the event hopes to increase awareness about the importance of self care, especially from various experiences, and discuss tools or resources to better support each other individually, and collectively as a community. What do you hope to gain? Bring questions to the event; we'd love to see you there!---------OrganiserOwn Your Story (OYS) is a community-run platform that cultivates personal development and human connection through 'fun, explorative and experiential' activities.
