He also guest lecture on the same subjects at the National University of Singapore (NUS). By using both analytics software and conducting usability testing, he helps companies to practice user-centered design approach in understanding why people are leaving their website/apps and how to fix it. He has been featured on The Edge, Yahoo, Digital News Asia, TechInAsia, e27, Business FM and Malaysia SME Business Newspaper for his work.
