This women’s only group will help you discover creative ways to disarm that inner critic, using the action methods of Psychodrama, Sociodrama, Role Training and Sociometry.It's also said that our sessions is like having an inner-world facial. Come play, get spontaneous and step out with a new glow on your face with your soul sisters!This ongoing group will run for six weeks, every Thursday from 6:30 – 8:30 pm for SGD $450.Pre-requisite for this group is attendance at one of our open sessions – introduction to psychodrama.Please register via email at psychodrama@promises.com.sg or via peatix as we have a limit of 7 persons per group.OUR MODULE:Week 1: Group warm-up and getting to know you. Setting personal goals.Week 2: Addressing self-esteem.Week 3: Assertiveness training.Week 4: Anger management.Week 5: Letting go.Week 6: Closure and self-appreciations.==================ABOUT OUR TRAINER==================Sharmini Winslow is a Certified Psychodramatist (CP) and Practice As Trainer (PAT) with the ABE or American Board of Examiners. She has trained with the Hudson Valley Psychodrama Institute and AANZPA (Aotearoa Australian and New Zealand Psychodrama Association).Her background in Performing Arts (BA) and Counseling (MC) influenced her to develop a dynamic and innovative form of group therapy. Sharmini is the Director of Psychodrama Singapore and as the first CP in Singapore is passionate about pioneering this action method in Singapore.
