The Kapitan Keling Mosque and the Malay Mosque, Acheen Street, are both principal mosques more than two centuries old. This area is bustling with spice traders, shipchandlers, textile traders, jewellers and money changers, some of them operating out of tenements on mosque land. The guide will take you through a neighbourhood park and small burial grounds, and regale you with the history of the pepper trade and Hajj business.Terms and regulations:Please make your reservations with PHT via email to phtwalks@gmail.com or call +604 264 2631.
