SINCA オンライン＃4「あなたが理想とする学びの場・やり方」2021年4月18日    この数年、ライフ・ロング・ラーニングが誰にでも必要だ、という声が高まっています。これだけ世界が変わり、新しいことが次々出てくる中で、子供の時から20代初めくらいまでに学校で学んだことだけでは、すぐ私達自身も時代に遅れてしまいます。また私たちの「人」としての価値は、学んだり考えたりできることではないでしょうか。　新しいことを学ぶのはそれだけでエキサイティングですし、楽しいことだと、私は思います。（そう思っていない人もいるかもしれませんが、それは、学ぶ場が学校の教室だけで、教えるのが教師、学ぶのが学生、というやり方が、変わりばえしないとか、硬直的とかいう理由ではないか、と実は思っています）　そこで、次回のSINCAでは、高校生やそのほかの学生の皆さんはもちろん、今仕事をしている社会人、何も仕事はしていないけど、新しいことを学びたいと思っている皆さんに、どんな場でどんなやり方だったら、学ぶことが楽しくなりそうですか。自由にデザインしてください、という問いかけをします。 これまでの学校とかを全く離れて、自由に「こんな場があって、こんなやり方をしていたら、学ぶことが楽しいだろうなあ、」という理想の場をデザインしてください。一箇所、一つのやり方に限る必要は全くありませんし、期間なども自由に考えてください。多様なメディアを用いて、初めての人とエキスパートが今の課題を解決するようなプロジェクトを計画するのも良いでしょう。大事なのは、こういう場でこんなやり方だったら、どんどん参加して新しいことを学びたい、というアイデアやイメージを鮮やかに考えていただければ良いのです。 最近、在宅勤務が当たり前になり、週休3日制を考えている企業も登場しています。週の3日を自由に使えるとしたら、新しいことを試したり、新しい分野の人とコンタクトを取ることもできるのではないでしょうか。　今回も高校生のみなさん、そしていつも参加してくださっている社会人の皆さん、そしてそれ以外の方々も大歓迎です。　日時：2021年4月18日（日曜日）午後8時スタート　オンライン・ワークショップ（4人程度の小グループでディスカッションしてから、皆で次のアクションを考えます）　　登録：いつものようにPeatixのサイトから登録してください。当日、オンラインのためのzoomのリンクをお知らせします。[参加にあたってのお知らせ]１．セッションはすべて英語で行われます。２．定員60名。先着により申込を締め切らせて戴きます。 定員に達した場合はご容赦ください。 　３．(高校生以外)セッション中の様子を写真・動画で撮影いたします。後日、 セミナーレポート等に活用する可能性があります。 ご了承ください、SINCA online discussion #4 for 2021Sunday, April 18 at 8 pm.Topic “How would you design your ideal place/format for learning?”  It is becoming more of consensus that we need to keep on learning, regardless of age. Learning which used to be done from very young days to about early 20s, is now becoming outdated.  One of the reasons for so called “lifelong learning” is that the world is changing so rapidly that we need to renew our knowledge and thinking constantly. To do so, we need to learn constantly.  Another reason for learning and thinking, regardless of age, is we are “human”, and not AI etc. when we keep leaning and thinking.  Once we stop learning, we will become obsolete.  And yet, general practice about learning has been we learn at schools where classrooms are laid out in certain ways and teachers teach and students learn.  As everyone of us needs to keep on learning, this old model of classroom with teachers at schools, is no longer needed.  We can design the best place and format to keep on learning.    If you can design the ideal place/school to continue learning, what would it look like?  It can be virtual, it can start anytime of the year, and at any place.  We can connect with people using variety of medium and learn together, regardless of physical location.  We can do project together with people (beginners as well as experts) to identify and resolve the issues we face.    Let us design the school/class of future to excite us and to look forward to going.     In fact, we find companies continuing WFH and adopting 4-day work week.  If we have 3 days a week, we can spend in any way we want, would you not like to learn something new, meet with new people and having new discoveries? Come with lot of ideas for the ideal school/place to learn in the future.   Date & time: Sunday, April 18, 8 pm Online via zoomPlease register through peatix site.
