Perhaps your procurement teams have received defective goods or delayed deliveries. Perhaps you are a manufacturer or reseller who is unable to fulfil your purchase orders. In this online talk, we will explain the law on the sale of goods in Malaysia, the common issues now faced by buyers and sellers and the remedies available to both. Please join us and sign up!
