Her style of teaching is dynamic, vigorous, fun and she emphasizes the use of philosophy and music to allow students to connect with their body, mind and grove away. Amy has lived in over 10 cities across 5 continents as a management consultant and a public sector professional. She is currently one of the founders of Amazin' Graze, a healthy snacks business based in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur.Anthea PushparatnamAnthea is a dietitian trained and registered in the USA. She has practiced in major hospitals in the USA and in Singapore, where she counselled patients with a wide variety of medical conditions to achieve the lifestyle changes necessary for recovery and health maintenance. She strongly believes in the adage “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”, and aims to inspire people to take charge of their own future health, without losing sight of the simple pleasures in life. To her, no step is too small, as long as it is in the right direction. She is currently the Product, Community, & Communications Manager at Amazin’ Graze.
