TEDxKL Adventure:Strength & Conditioning for Runners
Are you an avid runner? Gearing up for an upcoming race? Looking to improve on your speed and technique to knock off some time from your personal best?
TEDxKL presents to you the “Strengthening and Conditioning for Runners Workshop” in partnership with our friends from Fitness First.
Exclusively for TEDxKL 2016 ticket holders, this event is designed to focus on strength and conditioning for endurance runners. It will be broken down to three sessions which will begin with the warm up session, a session focusing on running technique as well as a strengthening session. There would also be a specially crafted workout of the day, designed to improve your running style and pace. Details of the workshop are as follows:

About the Trainer:
Ahmad Fadly Ibrahim is a trained triathlete and is currently an Elite Level personal trainer with Fitness First Malaysia. With his extensive training background, Ahmad Fadly is specialized in muscle toning and building, endurance, strength and conditioning, sports specific training, flexibility and balance as well as weight loss management. His knowledge and experience qualifies him to train clients with lower back problems, as well as provide pre and post pregnancy training.
