SINCA オンライン＃3「あなたの好きな人、嫌いな人」2021年3月14日 誰にでも、好きな人、あんな人になりたいなあと思う人、尊敬する人はいるのではないでしょうか。そういう人に若いうちに会う機会、身近で接する機会があると、その後の自分のライフスタイルやキャリアには大きな影響があると思います。「好きな人」「ああなりたいなあと思う人」「尊敬する人」というと、難しく考えすぎてしまうかもしれませんが、気楽にあの人となら活動を一緒にしたい、と言うような人を考えてみませんか。　そして、その人のことを全然知らない人に説明するとしたら、どう説明するか、どんなストーリーを語るか、を考えてみましょう。自分だけがわかっていて、いくらその話を聞いても周囲はわからないのではなく、若い人（例えば小学生や中学生）にどう説明するか、その人のことをどうストーリーとして語るか、を考えてみましょう。　皆が知っている人である必要は全くありませんが、あなたの説明を聞いて、誰でもイメージが沸くようなストーリーを語ってください。　好きな人だけだと？かもしれないので、反対に嫌いな人、ああいう人にはなりたくない、という人についても考えてみてはいかがでしょうか。（大体セットで考えるとわかりやすいので）。嫌いな人は固有名詞ではなく、その人の嫌いなところを説明してください。　次回はまた高校生も含めたセッションにしたいので、誰でも考えられる「好きな人」「嫌いな人」をテーマにしてみました。   また高校生だけでなく、社会人の方々も新型コロナで 、人と会う、接する機会が限られた中で、今後も一緒に活動したい人、2度と会いたくない（一緒に何かしたくない）人がはっきりしてきたのではないでしょうか。なぜそうなのか、が解明できれば、今後の自分の時間の使い方はライフスタイルにも参考になると思います。この機会にぜひ考えてみましょう。 日時：2021年3月14日日曜日午後8時スタートオンライン・ワークショップ（４人程度の小グループでディスカッションしてから、皆で考えます）登録：Peatixのサイトから登録してください。当日、オンラインのためのzoomのリンクをお知らせします。【参加にあたってのお知らせ】１．セッションはすべて英語で行われます。２．定員60名。先着により申込を締め切らせて戴きます。 定員に達した場合はご容赦ください。 　３．高校生以外の参加者の皆さん、セッション中の様子を写真・動画で撮影いたします。後日、 セミナーレポート等に活用する可能性があります。ご了承くださいSINCA online #3 2021　　People you like/respect/want to emulate? People who you do not like? We believe every one of us has people we like/respect and want to become/emulate. If we have opportunity to encounter these people early in our life, we believe it will change our lifestyle and/or career choices significantly. If we ask this question, you might find it difficult to respond. Reasons for difficulty could be 1) you have many or none, and/or 2) you need to think too seriously about your choice.  What we want to discuss at our next SINCA session is more casual choice and discussion.  If you have an opportunity to work with the person, are you happy? This is what we are interested in. We would like to ask you to describe the person of your choice to people (including very young students) so that the person can get the image of the person of your choice. What kind of story do you tell grade school students, for example, about this person so that they can visualize this person of your choice. Your choice needs not be the person well known, but make sure you tell a story of the person so that people can get the picture. Let us go the other way to contrast.  What kind of person do you NOT like/you do NOT want to work/play with?　It is usually a good idea to think of the pair so that we can compare/contrast. As for the latter (person you do NOT like), describe what you do NOT like about this person rather than their names. As we want to invite students again at our next SINCA session, we chose this topic.  Join us and have fun discussion.  We believe thinking about this topic and our choice of distinguishing the people with whom we want to spend time with and those we want to avoid, is useful for business people, and not just for high school students.  As we struggled through the Covid-19 which has limited opportunities to meet/contact people, more so than before, if we identify the reasons behind our choices of “like/do not like” people, we can make better use of our time in the future.
