Whether we are aware of it or not, our first memories and early experiences have a tendency to imprint and impact us all the way till adulthood. These workshops are designed to reflect on and rewrite these patterns. This month, the theme is Your Relationship With Money. The way we think about abundance and prosperity is usually deepy rooted in our being. The idea here is to notice and then intentionally reinforce new beliefs and habits. What are some of our first memories about money?What do we believe about money and abundance? Do we think it is good, bad or neutral?How does money affect the way we live? These are just some of the questions we will be working on this month. Each workshop functions like a writing circle where you are prompted and guided to reflect on different areas of your life in connection with the theme. The focus here is reflection and realignment. It is about making time for yourself and noticing what programming is running without you realizing. And then working on changing it. What Will You Need?A journal and writing utensils for the exercises (Pen and paper are recommended)Loose paper for selected exercises.An open mind and a readiness to notice, write and reflect. He is deeply invested in telling queer and Malaysian stories while holding space for conversations on identity and creativity. As an artist, his work has been viewed by audiences from all over the world. As a coach, Dhinesha has worked with clients from Kuala Lumpur, New York, Melbourne and Mumbai. He is the creator and host of The Creative Curry Podcast and Malaysia's first and only National Poetry Slam Champion. His work has been featured at schools, universities, festivals and on platforms like HowlRound Theatre Commons, Vice India and Vice Asia.
