# Topic: Doing AgileWe have heard a lot on the failure of Agile adoption in many organizations. Many wanted (or want) to jump on this bandwagon, they hoped for success, they called it a transformation, they gave decision-making to more people, but ended up in an uncoordinated failure. Two decades ago, they called this "faking TPS without challenging the hoarding status quo".An advice you often hear is, "it's about being, but doing". And... naturally we have learned to talk less about _doing_ and more about being. This talk, ironically, aims to introduce a few ways we _do_ things in ServiceRocket.
