Hong Kong Analytics Community was founded in May 2015 by a small group of experienced analytics professionals in Hong Kong. We want to create a community where analytics professionals from different backgrounds and different industrial can come together to share ideas and inspire each other on how to use analytics in business. Joanna Vonfelkerzam, Regional Director Of Audience & Measurement Solutions at Starcom
With 18 years of marketing and market research experience, Joanna has been with Starcom and Mediavest for 15 years, first in North America and for the past 9 years in Asia Pacific. Leading audience and measurement for APAC, she had designed region’s largest human understanding and communications research programs, creating data-led and insights rich solutions that inspire and guide brands on how to connect with people through more meaningful value exchanges.
Donald Chan, Adviser to Circles.Life and Board Member of Pierfront Capital
Donald has a track record of conceptualising, raising capital and building new platforms. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Clifford Capital, a specialist finance company focused on providing project and structured asset-backed senior debt to assist Singapore-based companies in the infrastructure, logistics and energy sectors to expand overseas. The company is owned by Temasek, DBS, Standard Chartered, SMBC, Prudential and Manulife and with the support of the Singapore government, its debts are rated AAA by S&P and Moody’s. Donald conceptualised and raised funding for Clifford Capital, and later joined the company as part of the founding and senior management team that led the growth to the current staff strength of 27 with a loan and investment portfolio of over US$800m.
