Through yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques, you will know how to to reduce stress and enhance overall mental and physical well being, especially while living in a digital world full of external stimuli. Through practising yoga, not only the body is being strengthened, the mind will also become calmer and relaxed.During the class, you will be guided in doing Asanas (yoga postures), lymphatic massage, Kaoshiki (yoga dance) and deep relaxation. She strongly believes that the passion and the journey of learning is more important than grades, and has been working with families and children since 2013.Evangeline conducts indoor and outdoor yoga classes both individually and in groups. She also does bridal makeup, event makeup and face painting.Rendy Tan Keok SongRendy Tan Keok Song runs a software company that builds web platforms and mobile apps. He also consults in companies and help them innovate before they get disrupted, and is onboard several companies as their Chief Technical Officer (CTO), something that he has been doing since 2011.Rendy is also a Certified Yoga Instructor who leads a conscious lifestyle, advocating conscious change in life and at work. Yoga + food, meditation + service = superfood for body, mind and soul. Rendy is also an advocate for the lean and agile movement, how to implement just in time solutions with minimum resources. He believes in stirring businesses to focus on the greater good. Both Evangeline and Rendy strongly believe that empathy and compassion are important attributes for a balanced and quality life. That is why they started the conscious journey in 2009 together as a couple. By bringing balance into their lives, Evangeline was able to conceive after trying for many years and that makes the couple more determined to share their way of life to many who are seeking it.
