Unfortunately we don't foresee when to revive that tradition due to the Covid restriction, but Marika has found a joy in reaching out more people worldwide by her online classes and the contents are well summarized and highly popular to pro-/semi pro-/hobby- brewers.The class is for 2 days and both days start at 14:00 CET. The lesson is between 1.5-2 hours each day, and the same Zoom meeting link to be used. No recording or materials to be distributed.The course fee is 130 euro VAT inclusive.Ideally we start with a detailed Koji for Shoyu making process on day 1 and how to make Shoyu on day 2.
