SINCA 2021年第2回　SINCA online session “あなたが今高校生だったら、どんな希望、夢を持ちますか？“　2021年第2回のSINCAは、バレンタインデーの２月１４日夜、（あまり関係ありませんが）、架空の状況を想定して考えてみます。以前やっていたセミナーシリーズでも参加者に問いかけたことがあるのですが、「16歳のあなたにどんなメッセージを伝えますか？」（今16歳だったら、今の世界の状況を踏まえて、どんなアドバイスをするか、という意味です）という問いかけを考えていただきます。　インタビュー（特に日本人以外）などでよく聞かれる質問に「社会人として仕事を始めた、あるいは今やっている起業を始めた時に戻れるとしたら、どうしますか？実際にやったことと同じことをやりますか、それとも違うアプローチをしますか」があります。　このアプローチを用いて、SINCAに登録してくださる皆さんに、自分が今、高校生だったらどうするか？という架空の状況での質問に答えていただきます。 　ご自分が高校生だった時のことを思い出して考えても良いですが、世界はその当時から大きく変わっています。そこで、想像力を駆使して、クリエイティブに考えていただきたいのです。　実際に高校生にもSINCAの小グループでのディスカッションに参加していただくことを予定しています。もちろんすべて英語ですから、小グループでのディスカッションでも日本語はNGです。SINCAのディスカッションでは、周りがどう思うか、とかどう評価されるか、を気にすることなく、皆さんに自由に質問したり、アイデアをシェアしていただく機会を提供しようとしています。ぜひ皆さんの経験やそこから（あるいは全く自由に）考えられる夢、やりたいことを高校生ともシェアしてください。　詳細は以下です。　　日時：２月14日（日曜日）午後８時スタート　　フォーマット：zoomを用いたオンラインディスカッション    Peatixから登録していただいた方に当日午後、zoomのリンクをお知らせします。参加にあたってのお知らせ１． セッションは全て英語で行われます。日本語は小グループでのディスカッションでもN Gです。２．  定員40名、先着順で申し込みを締め切らせていただきます。定員に達した場合はご容赦ください。高校生以外の参加者の皆さん、セッションの様子を写真、動画で撮影いたします。後日セミナーレポートなどに活用する可能性があります。ご了承ください。SINCA online discussion　–“If you were high school student, what would be your hope?”    On Sunday, February 14 (Valentine’s day), we will host online session with hypothetical context. We tried similar idea at other seminar series, by asking participants the question, “What would you tell yourself (assuming you were 16 years old now)?” One of the questions we often ask and are asked during the interview is “If you could go back to the days you started working and/or began your startup, what would you do? Would you do the same thing as you have done, or would you follow different approach?” Following this approach, we want our regular participants (i.e., who register through peatix) to think of hypothetical situation of being a high school student today. We would like participants to respond to the question “What would you do if you are a high school student today?”  You might want to recall the days you were a high school student, but the world is very different now. So, you need to think creatively and with imagination.  We will (hopefully) have high school students join our breakout group discussions. We want breakout session to offer opportunity for members to ask questions and share ideas, without worrying about how they are perceived/evaluated etc.   Details are as follows:   Date/Time: Sunday, February 14, from 8 pm  Format: Online discussion using zoom  We will inform zoom link to those who register through peatix.Note:1.    All sessions will be conducted in English. No Japanese is allowed.2.     The maximum number of participants is 40, so if the total number of applicants exceed 40, we cannot accept the application.3.     For regular participants (not high school student), we will take the picture and video throughout the session, and we may use it on SNS or HP.
