Come join us every Tuesday and Wednesday starting from 12th & 13th July from 9.30am to 12.30pm as we explore sensory play, art, creative games and songs through well-loved stories!We'll be finding out why the crayons left their jobs in 'The Day the Crayons Quit' by Drew Daywalt; learn how to share by modelling after the 'Rainbow Fish' by Marcus Pfister; pick up some courage to be our true selves learning from Gerald the Giraffe in 'Giraffes Can't Dance' by Giles Andreae; and finally, get our creativity juices brewing as we follow Crockett Johnson's 'Harold and the Purple Crayon' in Harold's drawing journey.For the first Summer Book Camp, we'll find out why the crayons quit and what their complaints about colouring are. We'll learn about colours through play, drama games, sensorial activities and craft. And you'll get to take home the story book as well!Sounds like an exciting summer already!
