She completed both her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counselling and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (summa cum laude) in the US. She is committed in helping clients to find self-understanding, wholeness, and healing as they work through their issues and challenges. She uses therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as Schema Therapy.
