Please read the message “Novel Coronavirus Infection Control and Prevention at KAAT Kanagawa Art Theatre” (the website of KAAT Kanagawa Arts Theatre) before coming to the venue.
Please show your Peatix ticket (QR code) to exchange with a ticket with a seat number at the venue reception. ※Please exchange your ticket at least 15 minutes before the start time of a performance.※Please visit here to confirm your Peatix tickets (QR code).
A seat number will be randomly assigned so that we cannot take any request on seat numbers including consecutive seats. The timing of your application or visit does not affect seat numbers at all.
For seats for wheelchair users, please contact tickets@tpam.or.jp or +81-45-264-6514 (11:00–18:00, weekdays before TPAM and everyday during TPAM).
We will refund tickets for the guests who have poor physical conditions 3 hours before the show starts.
Handling fee will be applied to cancellation or refunds. Please find details of the cancellation procedure here.
