SCF Masterclass: Two Bakers (E2i)
Two Bakers is an artisanal bakery cafe that serves bespoke French and Fusion inspired pastries, fresh savoury food and specialty coffees. Nestled in the hippie enclave of Horne Road and run by Le Cordon Bleu Paris trained chef, each pastry here is handcrafted using premium ingredients and baked fresh daily, adhering to the strictest standard for the highest quality dessert.
In this SCF Masterclass, find out about commonly used tart bases and how to choose the right tart base for different tart fillings. You will also learn how to make coffee cream, using coffee as its base. This will be a class with both theory explanation, demonstration, and hands-on participation.
This Masterclass is a ticketed event focusing on upgrading the skills of local industry professionals and members of the public, and is partially sponsored by the Singapore Government. The sessions will be for a class of 15 pax per session and will cost $70 per person, with a $30 rebate* from the government for all F&B industry participants.
