What is IGNITE! Music Festival?IGNITE! Music Festival is a local music festival that began in 2008 organized by The Republic Cultural Centre (TRCC) of Republic Polytechnic. Currently in its 9th year and being one of the biggest local music festival in Singapore. With the theme “Passion and Compassion” and it being a student-driven project, IGNITE! has successfully established itself to be young, loud and exciting. Aiming to bring the best of local talents in a great music setting, the festival of 42,000 over the whole festival and more than 12,000 for the 2 festival days in 2015. Local bands such as Gentle Bones, The Sam Willows, Bear Culture and Charlie was some of the famous local bands to perform during IGNITE!. IGNITE!
