January 2021 For the launch of the Possibility Conversations, we also want to hear how the conversations can be helpful for you.Come ready to share your initiatives and to suggest how future conversations might be the most useful!Event link: https://unhangout.media.mit.edu/event/possibility/ (you'll need to create an account with unhangout). What are the Possibility Conversations? Through monthly conversations (third Thursday evening of each month), we hope to: Understand issues / community assets / big ideas for solutions or social change; Facilitate the formation of community networks, interest groups or action groups; and Help these groups connect to resources and partners. Each conversation has four main segments: Curated segment with featured guests, focused on building a knowledge base (issues / community assets / ideas). Offers and requests, for individuals and groups to share initiatives or solicit for participation (roughly 10 slots, 3 minutes each). Possibility conversations, which are about what we can do if different groups came together. Participants can suggest topics or choose from an existing breakout session to join. Participants can also suggest topics before the session! For those who are interested to work with serve.sg or socialcollab.sg and to shape future conversations.
