She was hooked from her first downward dog (even though her spaghetti arms could barely hold her in position) and has never forgotten the sense of wellbeing and achievement she felt after that 60-minute class. She decided to leave her job in 2012 to pursue her passion for yoga by training to be a teacher. She has a 200 hour teacher training certificate in Universal Yoga. Her classes combine dynamic and static strengthening postures with deep stretches and are always infused with a sense of fun and joy. Her greatest yoga inspirations include her teachers Andrey Lappa, Andrei Ram, her pet shiba inu and of course, the students she is blessed to encounter when she teaches.
