TED Talk x Dialogue: Getting Comfortable with Being Uncomfortable

Description

With 2020 being a year of having to adjust to uncomfortable new ways of living, are we still able to own our stories and find strength even when filled with worry?

Join us in this virtual TED Talk x Dialogue session as we promote community conversations about how very strange our year has been, and how we can take control to steer ourselves forward, through the storm of uncertainty!

Title:
TED Talk: Get Comfortable with Being Uncomfortable | Luvvie Ajayi

“In this bright, uplifting talk, Ajayi shares questions to ask yourself if you're teetering on the edge of speaking up or quieting down -- and encourages all of us to get a little more comfortable with being uncomfortable.”*

*We will screen it on the day itself, but if you’re worried about an unstable connection/want to take notes, feel free to watch ahead of the event!
