SINCA　2020年を振り返って Happyだった思い出から考えましょう！   色々な事件があった2020年もあと１ヶ月半となりました。この辺りで、2020年を振り返り、新しい年を新鮮な気持ちではじめてはいかがでしょうか。　まず、2020年でもっともハッピーだった思い出を考えてください。悲しいことや辛い事が多くて、大変かもしれませんが、努力して幸せを感じたことを思い出してください。その後で最も悲しかった思い出（と、悲しい出来事がこうあればよかったのだけどということも）」考えてください。　皆さん一人ひとりでそれを考えていただき、それを小グループでディスカッションしましょう。　いつものようにセッションは私のウェルカムから始め、その後小グループで45分くらいこのテーマでディスカッションします。その後で全体でそれぞれのグループのレポートを聞き、最後に全体ディスカッションをします。　次回は新しい年にぜひ達成したいこと、やりたいことを考えるつもりなので、その前哨戦といったところです。11月29日日曜日夜８時です。Peatixのサイトは公開しています。Facebookのイベントももうすぐポストします。ぜひご参加ください。【参加にあたってのお知らせ】１．セッションはすべて英語で行われます。２．定員40名。先着により申込を締め切らせて戴きます。 定員に達した場合はご容赦ください。 　３．セッション中の様子を写真・動画で撮影いたします。後日、 セミナーレポート等に活用する可能性があります。 ご了承ください SINCA session reflecting the year 2020　"What was YOUR Happiest memory of the year?  Let us start with that."  The eventful! Year of 2020 is coming to an end in little over a month.  Why don’t we reflect on this year so that we can start anew in the coming year?  As a starter, let us think of the happiest memory of the year 2020 (maybe you need to think hard) and the saddest memory (but with your wish of what it could have been instead) and share with others. As always, we will start with my welcome at the session and we will have breakout groups each with 4 people or so to share your memories as above.  After about 45 min. or so of breakout discussion, we will have everybody back to the general session and hear report back from each of the breakout groups.  We will end with general discussion on what we find etc. This will serve as introduction to our next session where we will think of what we want to accomplish/learn in the upcoming year.  It will be at 8:00 pm on Sunday, Nov. 29.  Peatix site is now open and the event on our facebook page will be up soon.  Come, join us.(Note)1．All session will be conducted in English.2．The maximum number of participants are 40, so if the total numbers of applicants exceed 40, we cannot accept the application.3．We will take the pictures and video throughout session, and we may use it on SNS or HP.
