This workshop will touch on what Chiptune/ChipMusic is all about.But most importantly, we will go in depth and guide you on how to create sounds and write music using a gameboy and by the end of the workshop you will have a masterpiece of your own. (Save File / Audio Recording of your session may be sent to you via email after the workshop) Do not worry about not having music/gameboy knowledge prior to this, our goal will be to help you get those bleep and bloop sounds out of the gameboy. However, do note that this will be a hands on workshop.Limited seatings available! Gameboy + headphones + music cartridge (loaded with littlesounddj) will be provided to you for the duration of the session.You may bring your own gameboy/headphones if you wish. Unable to attend the workshop, but still interested to try out this out on your own?You can download the littlesoundj rom and manual from (https://www.littlesounddj.com/)and load it onto a gameboy emulator (windows: https://bgb.bircd.org/, mac: https://mgba.io/) Safety Precautions:There will only be 5 attendees per 2 hour session.You will be required to scan safe entry and have temperature scanned at the door.You will be required to keep your masks on at all times.There will be hand sanitiser provided before you touch the equipment.The seats will be spaced 1m apart from other attendees.Do not attend if you are feeling unwell or have flu like symptoms.
