Sourdough Baguette Weekend Class

Class Style

Beginner to Intermediate level

Class Duration approximately 3 - 3.5hrs

Hands-on class to make your own sourdough baguette.

At the end of the class, a light lunch (sourdough bread with eggs, asparagus and tomatoes) will be served with Herbal Tea/Coffee.
1. Recipe for sourdough baguette
2. Recipe for sourdough cracker.
3. Sourdough starter
4. The sourdough dough that you made in class, to be brought home to bake the next day.
5. A loaf of Sourdough Baguette that you shaped during class.

* Unbleached Flours will be used in Sourdough Baguette Class.

Please bring an apron, a hand towel, ice/chiller box (to bring home your sourdough and Sourdough starter).

Terms and Condition

Unbleached flour, water and salt will be used as the main ingredients.
Please note that we will not be responsible for any personal food allergy, each attendee has to be responsible for their allergy, notify the training instructor if you have an allergy.

Eggs will be served during lunch, attendee please notify the instructor if you have an allergy to eggs or any food that is served.

It is a kids friendly environment. Please notify the trainer if a baby or a child is accompanying you.

Cancellation policy
Booking will be confirmed once payment has been received.

Trainer reserves the right to cancel or alter the class schedule.
In the event of a cancellation, all participants will be notified 3 days before commencement of the class with a full refund.
No cancellation fee will be charge if notification is given 3 business days before the event. Cancellation after 3 business days before the event, 50% of the total fee will be charged and cancellation 1 business day to the event day, full amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
