Happiness Conference Panel: Workplace Well-Being

Description

According to the Health Promotion Board (HPB), working Singaporeans face higher levels of stress and lower mental well-being than the general population. Since a working adult generally spends most of the day at work, cultivating a healthy workplace culture can have a positive spillover effect on other aspects of an individual’s life.

In this Panel Discussion, we have invited esteemed guests to share firsthand insights on promoting a culture of well-being in the workplace.

Attendance of this panel discussion is FREE.
This session is part of the annual Happiness Conference, organised by Happiness Initiative supported by National Youth Council.

P.S. The Zoom link for this panel will be given to you automatically upon registration.
